Sripriya Sridharan, an adept counsellor and a Human resource professional, is enthusiastic about counselling youngsters in terms of higher education and career prospects. As a HR professional for over a decade, she has led and advised on the establishment of the human resource space for a number of startups. Her expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Operations, Career Counselling, Networking and Aligning right talents to the right destination has transformed the lives of over 2000+ students. Her desire to assist students led her to pursue Masters degrees in Counselling Psychology and Yoga for Human Wellbeing. She is an International Certified Career Coach.

VENKATADRI AMALANATHAN | Co-Founder & CEO

Venkat, a thoroughbred Professional with nearly two decades of corporate experience and was associated with Visteon, Accenture and Cognizant. Venkat is a certified Enterprise Solution Architect with The Open Group (TOGAF), a Project Management Professional (PMP) with PMI, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with Scrum Alliance, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner. He has developed a penchant for counselling youngsters on their higher education and career prospects. As a Growth Strategist, Problem Solver, Productivity Catalyst, and Business Transformation Reformist, he adds value and makes a difference in propelling organizations into high-growth orbit.
